Our recruitment team are led by professionals drawn from the work communities they support and are trained in recruitment practice. We employ police, offender management, and community safety/enforcement and fraud professionals.

Our finance team are all former ‘big-4’ accountancy professionals. Our finance director is a former partner at Deloitte and Touche and our finance manager is a former senior manager at BDO Stoy Haward and Ernst & Young.
